University Stores Mission Statement
University Stores, through every available resource, provides professional, responsive and courteous service to the Wake Forest University Campus and extended University community, in support of the University’s mission.
Competencies defined as:
PROFESSIONAL – A total atmosphere where employees embody the conduct and behavior expected of those associated with Wake Forest University. They:
- Communicate effectively with customers and each other without regard to personal attitude, mood, energy level or enthusiasm;
- Are prompt and reliable in word and deed;

- Know their job responsibilities and improve their competence through training and personal preparation;
