Vendor Licensing Information
In the 1980′s, Wake Forest University established a licensing program to protect the use of its logos and insignias on commercial products. The program has been successful for both the University and its licensees and retail partners. To continue expanding the program, Wake Forest University has appointed The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) to begin serving as its exclusive trademark licensing representative effective July 1, 2011.
CLC administers the licensing programs of more than 185 colleges, universities, bowls, and conferences across the U.S. We believe that by working with CLC, we will further expand the program, which will be beneficial for both the University and its licensees.
As a current Wake Forest University licensee, all future correspondence, artwork and sample approvals need to be sent to CLC. In addition, all royalty reports and payments for sales made after July 1st should also be sent to CLC.
